For many of our clients, we get heavily involved with the design and production of their ‘very important’ signage.
So whilst doing a spot of research on the world wide web, I came across these gems. As you can see from the signage the typography, name choice, font choice, positioning, leading, kerning etc etc etc have NOT been considered what’s so ever.
The moral of the story here is get someone who knows what they’re doing to do your signage. These really gave me a sense of purpose (and a good ol' giggle) in an age of ever-increasing ‘digital’ work-related requirements.
Print and signage are most definitely NOT dead!
