Specialist engineering recruitment firm, Millbank, felt that its existing logo needed a modern new look. After a closer look at the firm’s existing marketing material, we identified a need for a new, all-encompassing brand identity.

The challenge

We needed to identify what made Millbank distinctive and create a new brand that captured these unique characteristics. It had to convey the company’s strengths and personality, as well as affirming its position as leader in the sector.

Our strategy

We began with an intensive two-day branding workshop to uncover the company’s key audiences, values and vision for the future. This inspired a striking colour palette, a range of fonts, a confident new tone of voice and engaging photographic style.

We created the unexpected

The new brand was rolled out across a slick new website, EDMs, stationery and a suite of promotional items. With an image befitting of its ambitious plans for the future, the firm had the tools it needed to go after prestigious blue-chip clients.
