Stephens McBride is a commercial property consultancy with an impressive national portfolio. The firm wanted to replace its disjointed and rather dated brand identity with a new look that reflected its outstanding reputation within its field.

The challenge

Stephens McBride was keen to retain its corporate colours, but needed a more contemporary and cohesive brand identity. It needed to work across all areas of the business and position the firm as a leading name in the commercial property sector.

Our strategy

We developed several routes, including a bold logo that used the SMB initials, with the ‘c’ of McBride hidden in negative space. We kept the blues and vibrant greens of the original logo to highlight the firm’s reliability and forward-thinking ethos.

We created the unexpected

The new brand was rolled out across all marketing materials and a new responsive website was developed. With a clean, contemporary new image, Stephens McBride was better positioned to secure lucrative business from corporate property investors.
