To celebrate 30 years in business, family-run Midlands homebuilder Walton Homes tasked us to create a unique new brand identity that would stand out from the crowd in the highly competitive residential property market.

The challenge

We knew it would take something special to create a buzz whilst upholding the business’ core values. So, we ran an intensive branding workshop with the Walton Homes team to uncover the ideals and characteristics that the new identity should reflect.

Our strategy

We devised a stunning new brand to balance Walton’s home-building heritage with a modern edge, reflecting ambitious plans for the future. The rebrand included press ads, brochure designs, a warm photography style and a 3-month social media strategy.

We created the unexpected

Bearing the bold new brand, the responsive Walton website offers an outstanding user experience across all devices. Results over the first three months were impressive with record enquiries and over 1,000 new Twitter followers – a jump of 249%!
