Mailbox is hailed as Birmingham city centre’s premier retail, lifestyle and dining location. With high-end designer stores, chic bars and plenty of opportunities for pampering, it’s in a unique position to engage with and attract the city’s style elite.

The challenge

Our challenge was to develop Mailbox’s digital presence through social media engagement, advertising and email marketing activity. Ultimately, the aim was to engage with the affluent target market and attract more visitors.

Our strategy

We developed a comprehensive social strategy to increase engagement with core audiences online, including targeted email marketing campaigns, creation of a content calendar to support social posting and the recruitment of a fashion blogger.

We created the unexpected

During the first few weeks of the partnership, Facebook fans increased by 54%. Email campaigns saw over 500 recipients following links to the Mailbox website, increasing awareness of offers and promotions and driving traffic to the site.
