Clevercherry summer social

Last Friday, the Cherries packed up early and headed to Cannon Hill Park for our sports day summer social.

Football was first up, and Adam G put pretty much everyone else to shame with his goal-scoring skills. We conveniently can’t remember the score, but it definitely wasn’t a draw.

Our winning BPA rounders team got to relive their glory days with an epic batting battle - until Lauren accidentally ran everyone on her team out! In the last event of the day, Nigel and Jess fought off the competition to claim the impressive title of egg and spoon champions.

Admittedly there were probably more sausage rolls and beers than medal-worthy sporting performances, but after a busy few weeks, it was great to have a bit of fun in the sun!
