I can’t thank the team here at Clevercherry enough for my week of work experience, and I have honestly enjoyed every second. From starting the week off creating my own brand and then pitching it to Lauren and Mitch, to conducting some market research and getting involved with Clevercherry’s social media, it has all been great.
Each and every member of Cherry staff are so welcoming and lovely, which really makes you feel like you are a part of the team. I now aspire to be in a team like the one here at Cherry after I have finished University. There is never a dull moment in this office, whether it be us all having a joke about the song that has just come on the speakers, or the banter that’s always flying across the office. The atmosphere here is honestly great, and I couldn’t have been surrounded by better people. It is a great social and working environment.
From past experiences, I have held the opinion that work experience is going to be a boring, repetitive week that puts me off working in that particular industry for life! However, I can proudly say that my week here has had the absolute opposite effect; I have never been so confident and sure of myself, in relation to the pathway that I am taking at University, studying Business Management and Marketing, and afterwards. It has only made me excited about the future.
This week has not only been extremely enjoyable, but it has also opened my eyes to all the different aspects of agency life. This has given me the opportunity to learn more and take this knowledge into my second year at University. Every aspect of what the team does here at Clevercherry is exciting, and I can only hope that my future in this industry involves a company just like this one.
Thank you again to the team for having me, I really appreciate it, and I hope to see you all in the future for more experience. One week is just not enough!
