We began by constructing a clear strategy and a unique look and feel to reflect the identity and footprint of the development. In an increasingly crowded market, our campaign had to deliver a real stand-out experience throughout the customer journey.
After completing initial competitor and customer profiling, we moved to create the brand and creative messaging, plan design and install site signage, produce a suite of highly-specced marketing collateral and activate a targeted media campaign. The site launched in August 2016, with sales of all 14 properties completed in under a year.
