Research-driven Solutions
After research into the existing dealership network, we identified several key issues which were damaging Ducati’s brand offering for the UK dealership market. We proposed a multi-tenanted solution, with the ability to create new dealership websites centrally.
Multi-tenancy
The multi-tenanted dealership network was designed and developed to be centrally managed by Ducati UK. It offered the functionality for new websites to be created and published using a standardised template offering brand consistency across the network.
The individual dealership sites then connect into a centrally managed system which populates the dealer sites with content, offers, new bikes, and parts and accessories for the store. The dealer sites also offered API integrations with BlackHorse Finance for a real-time finance calculator, WorldPay, DMS systems, and analytical tools.

During the design and build, our expert digital team remained consistent with the corporate identity built by Ducati, incorporating all appropriate brand guidelines and custom-built animations to ensure the user experience was optimised and truly reflected the brand.
