Over a three-month period, we executed a multi-channel awareness campaign to drive enquiries, create appointments and generate sales for Blade, their new innovative window lock system. We ensured every customer touch point was under lock and key, with deliverables consisting of boxed samples, a campaign microsite, direct mail and a media campaign
Interest levels were so high following the launch that the entire campaign's sample stock allocation had been dispatched within the first week.
As we looked to close out the campaign and evaluate its success, we had already started planning the naming, branding and launch of Yale’s newest, most innovative smart lock – the Conexis L1.
