We recently invited Tom to our offices on Gas Street to complete his work experience. Tom was interested in learning all about digital marketing and understanding what it's like to work in an agency environment. Here’s what he had to say…
"I've had a fantastic time with Clevercherry at CC HQ. It's been a memorable experience and has enhanced my understanding of what working in a digital and creative agency is like, while also encouraging me to pursue a career in this industry. During my time with the team, I've learned some of the key skills required to be successful in marketing and advertising.
Throughout my time with Clevercherry, I had the opportunity to chat with many of the team, who explained what their job entails and the kind of work they do on a day-to-day basis. Speaking with the team was extremely valuable, and they all demonstrated how interesting it is to work in a digital agency, emphasising that they are constantly learning new things, and showcasing how exciting and innovative the business world can be.
As part of my work experience, I was also given a range of tasks that the team helped me complete to broaden my knowledge in digital marketing and other areas.
I'd like to thank the entire Clevercherry team for being so kind and welcoming, and for allowing me to gain insight into the various tasks they handle within the company. I've acquired many skills needed to succeed in business, which I'll certainly remember, and these skills will hopefully improve my chances of working in the digital and creative industry in the future."
